PeaceLove

PeaceLove

Founded in 2009 by Jeffrey Sparr and Matt Kaplan, PeaceLove was established to do three simple things to make the world a better place; build the first positive symbol for mental illness, create expressive arts programming to help people find peace of mind, and build inclusive spaces where communities could come together to experience story-telling, expressive arts, and cool products that inspire a positive lifestyle.

The PeaceLove Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is dedicated to using the power of the arts to enrich the lives of individuals living with mental illness. Paint4Peace™ is the Foundation's original program that teaches painting as a way to inspire, motivate, build self-confidence and deliver a message of hope, through creativity and artistic expression. With paint, foam brushes and canvas, all participants become artists as they find their voice in new means of self-expression. It is an experience intended for anyone searching to create peace of mind.

Through the sales of merchandise and the support of our partners we bring our immersive art experience to classrooms, recovery programs, hospitals, corporations, veterans' organizations, senior centers, boys & girls clubs, and communities affected by mental health disorders.
